Oboe and English Horn Lessons
I believe in making the journey of learning the oboe enjoyable. Individually tailored to fit each student's individual experience and goals, lessons are designed to cover essential skills through long tones, scales, etudes, and solo and orchestral repertoire. Reed-making is also a key component, where students learn to create functioning and balanced reeds. Oboe and English Horn reeds are also available for sale through my Etsy store. Recording Services and Microphone Rentals
As a professional performer, I understand how an instrument should sound in a recording and how to capture a natural, accurate representation of a musician’s playing. I offer on-location recording for solo instruments at a space of your choosing, using high-quality dynamic and condenser microphones and professional recording equipment. This service is ideal for auditions, applications, and portfolio materials. Rates begin at $50 per hour.
